Vertical sterilisation autoclave made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

Cylindrical working chamber with dished bottom and lid with manual bolt-clamp closing system.

Main features:

  • Compliant with P.E.D. Directive 2014/68/EU

  • Air counter-pressure cooling system
  • Internal diameter: 600 mm
  • Basket loading/unloading from the top by means of lifting devices (not included in supply)

Door:

Depending on technical and production requirements, this machine can be equipped with different types of electrical panels.

In all cases, the control panel includes all process sequence management equipment.

The basic version is equipped with a simple programmer that allows the storage of several recipes.
The top version is equipped with a PLC and touchscreen interface for full process control, recipe management, real-time monitoring of all process variables, and data logging of sterilisation cycles, compliant with Industry 4.0 specifications.

Electrical panels can be equipped with a printer for recording sterilisation data on paper receipts.

All versions can be customised according to your specific needs and requirements.
