Riscaldatore ROD

The ROD series consists of three-pass thermal oil heaters, manufactured with concentric helical coils featuring total shielding, peripherally sealed with refractory lining supported by steel plates.

Heat exchange between the combustion gases and the oil takes place in counterflow, allowing high thermal efficiency to be achieved.

Depending on design requirements, the heaters can be manufactured in either horizontal or vertical versions. Generally, from model 800 onward, they are manufactured in horizontal configuration.

Main Features:

  • Compliant with P.E.D. Directive 2014/68/EU
  • Burner-fired heating by means of a gas or diesel burner
  • High efficiency

Construction Features:

  • Monoblock assembly
  • Easy maintenance access to all components
  • Self-supporting base frame housing the oil circulation pump, electrical control panel, and control and regulation devices
  • Thermal insulation in high-density mineral wool with stainless steel sheet cladding to prevent heat loss to the outside

Standard Equipment:

  • Circulation pump
  • Differential pressure switch
  • Control and safety system

Electrical Panel

  • IP55 electrical panel with 24V auxiliary systems
  • Electrical panel installed directly on the machine

According to technical and production requirements, this machine can be equipped with various types of electrical panels.

In all cases, the electrical control panel includes all equipment required for process sequence management.

Any version can be customized according to your specific needs and requirements.
