Water-tube steam generator

The GV series consists of water-tube boilers designed for high-performance industrial applications.
These generators are built with a fully flooded combustion chamber and tube bundle, ensuring high thermal efficiency and uniform heat distribution.

The larger models GV145-200-250 feature a removable tube bundle (patented system), which allows for mechanical cleaning in addition to chemical cleaning.

Main features:

• Compliant with P.E.D. Directive 2014/68/EU
• No requirement for a licensed boiler operator
• Exempt from first installation inspection according to Italian Ministerial Decree 329/04
• Production of dry saturated steam at constant pressure
• High efficiency > 90%
• Low NOx emission options available for gas and diesel fuel
• Rapid pressure build-up during start-up
