The construction is characterized by:

• Monobloc assembly
• Entirely built of AISI 304 stainless steel

• Thermal insulation is made of high density mineral wool, stainless steel plate coated to avoid heat dispersion to the outside
• Control and detection instruments for temperature, pressure and level inside the work chamber
• Circulation pump
• Baskets sliding on guides, that ca be moved by specific trolleys

Depending on the model, the door management mechanism can be of various types:

• Swing mode con manual opening/ closing – with manual tightening
• Swing mode con manual opening/ closing – with door locking by rotation controlled by hydraulic piston

Electric control panel

• Control panel IP 55 and auxiliary at 24V

Based on technical and production needs, this machine can be equipped with various types of electrical panel

In ogni caso il quadro elettrico di comando e controllo comprende tutte le apparecchiature di gestione delle sequenze di processo.

• The basic version is equipped with a simple programmer that allows the storage of some recipes.
• The top version is equipped with a PLC with touch screen interface for complete management of the manufacturing process, recipes, for displaying all process variables and for storing sterilization data.

The electrical panels can be equipped with a printer for recording sterilization data on the receipt.
